About Madeline Rizzuti

I’m a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator with over a decade of experience helping people improve their health and well-being through nutrition and lifestyle changes. My areas of expertise include diabetes care, mechanical feeding issues, and support for individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities, as well as a range of other nutritional needs. I’ve also led support groups for people working toward weight loss and improved quality of life, and I hope to offer those again in the near future. I believe in client-led, individualized care and a non-scale approach to health—grounded in the idea that better quality of life is possible in every body. Together, we’ll look at the big picture while taking small, sustainable steps toward meaningful and lasting change. I live in Brooklyn, NY, where I love walking through new neighborhoods, spending sunny days in Prospect Park, and escaping the city for hikes and beach days. I like to live my life outside!
