My approach is comprehensive and collaborative. I use a biopsychosocial model to evaluate challenges and create personalized plans that may include CBT, evidence-based medications, or integrative techniques such as breathing, relaxation, visualization, and self-hypnosis, blending Western psychiatry with calming Indian practices.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I have extensive experience treating depression, anxiety disorders, panic disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and bipolar/mood disorders. My goal is to help patients achieve lasting well-being through a thoughtful blend of psychotherapy, medication management, and holistic mind-body practices.
