About Madison Dean
I was born and raised in Virginia, spending most of my life in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley. I studied Kinesiology at the University of Virginia, where I earned my bachelor's degree, and received my Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from Mary Baldwin University. After graduation, my husband and I decided to move out west to Phoenix to start our life together! I am passionate about holistic care, particularly in incorporating nutrition and movement into treatment plans. I enjoy partnering with my patients to enhance their overall health and well-being.
I worked as a medical assistant in orthopedics for two years while pursuing my undergraduate degree. I went directly to graduate school to become a Physician Assistant so that I could start working with patients as soon as possible!
My dedication to continuous learning, empathy toward patients’ needs, and commitment to delivering compassionate and evidence-based care guide my practice.
After work, I enjoy spending quality time with my husband, staying active, exploring the outdoors, and reading! Together, we aim to visit all of the US National Parks!

My appointment was rescheduled 3 hours before my original appointment. I was working and already had my schedule made didn't see the text until the new appointment time. They should really confirm the appointment if they make a change. We confirmed the original appointment but then I was held accountable to the new appointment that I couldn't make
