She listened to everything I had to say, asked clarifying questions, and took her notes in it all. While I didn’t leave the first appointment with any specific solutions for my symptoms, she did come up with a plan to hopefully get me some answers and was quick to give referrals to other specialists as needed.”

I had a deeply distressing experience at this office and will not be returning. During my first visit, I felt mocked and psychologically abused regarding my illness. When I attempted to address the way I was treated, the office manager—who was not physically present—defended the staff’s behavior and framed me as the aggressor. Furthermore, I was forced to discuss my sensitive health information in a public area where other patients could overhear. I left the appointment feeling humiliated and mistreated, and I am sharing this because I fear further retaliation for speaking up. I would caution others to be wary of the lack of professional care and privacy at this practice.

I have a really bad labcoat phobia after some bad experiences with prior doctors and malpractice issues. This one actually listened to me and helped me with my issues. I look forward to continuing with her and getting the help I need. Office is very clean and the staff were really helpful and willing to communicate with me on anything. I plan on recommending this office to my friends as well with the prices being as fair as they are this is a must go.

Ms. Flores was a great listener. I went initially went for a possible UTI, got a urine test and was told it would take 3-4 days for my results and got a call the next day! However, I felt rushed and that my concerns about my health were pushed aside. I was asked “do you want to do that?” “ is that what we’re doing today?”
I’m no doctor, but if I make an appointment to see a doctor - I want to be advised what to do so I can either cure or treat my issues. Not asked “this sound okay?

My doctor's visit was excellent Miss Flores was great I would definitely recommend her she has brains and beauty she was very attentive and understanding everything you would want in a primary care physician I highly recommend
