Nutritionist

WHO I WORK WITH While I can help all kinds of clients, I particularly enjoy working with people struggling in their relationship with food, who want to spend less bandwidth figuring out what to eat, and who crave equal treatment in medicine. There is so much conflicting information about nutrition, it can be stressful trying to figure out what will truly be best for our bodies and minds. I work with people aiming to improve their physical, mental, and emotional health and those with specific concerns about gut health, hormones, and the nervous system. Since gut health is integral to overall health, this is generally where I start! I use the hallmarks of intuitive eating to reduce shame and stress around food choices. This tool helps increase attunement to your body so you can listen to what it needs. My goal is to reduce outside ?food rules? and teach clients to honor hunger and satiety. Everyone I work with gets individualized protocols considering your schedule, lifestyle, preferences, and my complete respect in a judgment-free environment. If you need help balancing hormones, blood sugar, fighting fatigue or brain fog, or healing your gut, I can help. Together we'll make realistic, sustainable changes that optimize your health and cater to your unique biology. MY APPROACH I use an integrative and functional approach to create evidence-based, personalized nutrition programs. The functional approach lets us get to the root cause of disease to address underlying factors, not just put a bandaid on symptoms. Digging in and doing the nutritional detective work is my favorite part of the job. I earned my Bachelor's degree from the University of Tampa, which laid the foundation for my passion in nutrition and holistic health.
