I believe in getting to the root of issues, so I provide a platform for patients to express themselves. Together, we work to address the root causes of problems rather than just treating symptoms. We offer individual and group therapy, medication management, and other services to help you achieve your goals. I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental-Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) licensed in Kentucky. I earned my Master's in Nursing from Northern Kentucky University. Before that, I worked as a Registered Nurse in hospitals, nursing homes, and an inpatient detox facility. I use medication management and psychotherapy in my practice. We explore what led you to seek help and then decide on the most appropriate ways to support your progress. With medication management and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), we examine how your thoughts affect your emotions and experiences. During treatment, I will help you learn how to challenge those thoughts to improve your feelings. I believe care should be personalized to meet each person's specific needs. I will work collaboratively with you to provide care that alleviates your symptoms. I offer psychiatric assessment and diagnoses, medication management, and psychotherapy.
