The check in process was a little chaotic, the vibe I got was there was an employee who was supposed to be working check in who was MIA, but hard to say. They sent me to another floor to check in and that person, Jae, was very helpful. They helped fix a mysterious issue with my insurance that turned out to be nothing (I think). Then someone called me and asked where I was - I told them I’d been sent to another floor. I went back down to the correct floor, there was a rude woman now at the previously empty desk who was texting and when I asked her a question she looked at me like I had no business speaking to her and was totally I helpful. Probably the person who should have been working the desk originally, but don’t know. A nurse, Nancy, finally came to the waiting room and was very pleasant. Doctor was just ok, kind of arrogant, didn’t need the anecdote about his own weight loss journey, but maybe it was me. Nurse Nancy was excellent and did a great job with intake and drawing blood.

This doctor was dismissive and did not seem interested in listening to my concerns or taking the time to understand my situation. The visit felt rushed and impersonal, with little explanation or communication about what was happening.
On top of that, I was left waiting alone in the exam room for long stretches with no updates, and the whole appointment ended up dragging on for hours. I walked out feeling more stressed and frustrated than when I came in.
I did not feel respected, heard, or properly cared for during this visit. I would not recommend this provider.

I was sick of going to the doctor and only getting 5 minutes of face time with my provider. Dr. Singh spent a considerable amount of time with me, was extremely thorough, and made me feel like we were on a team to work together and maximize my health. I'd recommend seeing him to anyone looking for a new PCP!

So my Dr of 15+ years retired. Then my replacement Dr retired 2 years later. I went to Dr. Singh based on the reviews on Zocdoc. He was awesome. Easy to talk to and he listened to all my issues/concerns. He immediately set me up with the required tests and gave me great advice. I am so glad I found him. Overall, he is one of the best Drs I’ve had in a long time. I really need that.

Not usually one to write reviews but in this case felt very disappointed in the experience. After receiving a whole suite of results I never received any kind of follow up from the doctor despite having two abnormal readings, this is despite following up on the message board twice and telling reception I've not heard back from the doctor. Strange but worth knowing. Wouldn't return.

He is quite possibly the rudest doctor I have ever met. He walked in and had an abrasive tone towards me, and after opening up about struggling to keep up with visits in the past, he made condescending remarks towards me. He described himself as "very intelligent" and made me uncomfortable the whole time. I left the appointment feeling bad about myself and wishing I hadn't been vulnerable about my medical issues.
