What is your typical process for working with clients?
During the first session, clients can expect a warm and welcoming environment where they'll have the opportunity to share their concerns, goals, and any relevant background information. We'll discuss confidentiality and the therapeutic process, and I'll ask questions to gain a comprehensive understanding of their presenting symptoms and history. Together, we'll establish goals and begin to outline a personalized treatment plan. Clients can also expect to receive validation, support, and guidance as we embark on their journey towards healing and growth.

Dr. Abede only accepts adult patients but was still willing to see my 16-year-old son since the appointment was already set and he was running low on meds. We just recently moved to GA and are scrambling to find all new doctors. She was extremely kind and took the time to recommend both an appropriate APRN and therapist. She showed compassion and not judgement. I liked her so much, I set an appointment with her in the future.

Did not seem interested or engaged. Was 10 minutes late. I did not receive information from her on how to start the appointment. Ended 20 minutes early. She automatically wanted to just have me go to another person. Incredibly aggravating.
