Having completed the CDR Certificate of Training in Adult Weight Management, I have helped hundreds of patients lose weight safely and without going on a ?diet.? We will work on personalizing current eating habits and finding creative ways to enjoy your food without sacrificing hunger! It's never a one-size-fits-all approach.
As a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (previously known as Certified Diabetes Educator), I have helped thousands of patients get their A1C under control by personalizing their medication regimen and nutrition therapy. Maja really takes care of her patients. She is friendly, professional, and informative. You can ask her questions before and/or after the visit. She will answer them in no time.
She gave me great pointers in my weight loss battle and it helped a lot.
Her fees are not high and she takes my insurance as well.

Maja helped me greatly with reducing my high cholesterol and tryglicerides, as well as my weight that I lost gradually! I did not feel hungry as I usually would when attempting to diet, and I felt healthy and strong throughout the process. Maja recommended diverse diet and provided examples of healthy alternatives of everything that I like to eat. Thank you so much!

Maja was very kind and understanding when we met. She was able to explain things in a variety of different ways to help me have a better understanding of the issue. She was patient and provided me with many handouts to take home to refer back to. Since our visit she has followed up with me to check in. I highly recommend her!
