I am IFS informed and utilize EMDR and CBT to heal complex trauma. I teach skills to reduce anxiety and depression. I will identify your personality style, love language and teach you communication skills to strengthen your relationships.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I am passionate about helping you to find peace and joy in your life and relationships. I will teach you mindfulness, breathing techniques and relaxation to help reduce your stress and anxiety. We will go on a journey together to accomplish these goals.
