She is committed to creating an environment where each patient feels respected and comfortable enough to share about their most challenging symptoms. Malaika always listens first, clearly explains treatment options, and then answers any questions or concerns a patient may have. Following their discussions, she partners with patients to create a tailored treatment plan that is suited especially for them. Her approach allows patients from all backgrounds to speak openly and feel empowered as they collaborate on a plan specific to their symptoms, concerns, and goals.
