I believe the most effective treatment comes from a true partnership. Whether you are navigating the complexities of ADHD, depression, anxiety, PTSD, or chronic conditions like Bipolar Disorder and Schizophrenia, I am here to listen first. My approach is built on the belief that you are the expert on your own life. Together, we function as a team to identify the root of your challenges and bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be. We will discuss your history, your concerns, and —most importantly— your goals for treatment. The belief that effective mental health care requires a collaborative, individualized strategy rather than a "one-size-fits-all" prescription is accomplished by working together to determine when medication is appropriate and when other interventions may be more effective. New clients are accepted both in-person and telehealth.
