“This review has the benefit of a patient with roughly 20 years of psychiatric care. I was genuinely impressed within the first 15 minutes of our first session. Without having my records or previous psychiatric care file in front of her, she articulated and identified near-exact clinical patterns and concerns that had been identified individually, in pieces, throughout my life—but had never been connected into the bigger picture for me. That immediately told me I was speaking with someone who genuinely understands psychiatry. She asks precise questions, listens closely, and connects the details rather than rushing to conclusions. Her approach to diagnosis and medication management is thoughtful, scientifically grounded, and individualized. She’s sharp, professional, punctual, responsive, and her ability to apply clinical knowledge to the person in front of her is impressive. During 1st appointment/ conversation, she earned my confidence as a physician. I’m genuinely glad I found her.”

“You ever have something awesome but you never realize it until it’s gone? Yeah Dr. Parrish was that awesome thing for me. She was my original psychiatrist elsewhere and eventually I switched to a different psychiatrist due to her parting ways with that company. After my first visit with my new psychiatrist (not Dr. Parrish) I already knew, the new one was a serious downgrade. I needed Dr Parrish back. She’s patient, attentive, good-natured, relatable, and still very professional. I don’t think I can come up with a single complaint that would apply to my consistent experience with her. If you’re on the fence about picking her, I can vouch that she will be nothing but a blessing. Also, in case anyone made it this far, I am not a random bot or someone paid to say this, I genuinely want you to understand that she quite literally is the GOAT. ”

I’m a long time patient of Dr Parrish, well at least over a year now. She has been nothing but a blessing in my life. Before my first appointment, I initially didn’t have much faith that a singular person could have a major positive impact in my life. After my appointment and the following ones, I realized I never have been so wrong in my life. She’s become an integral support pillar for me and I dread the thought of her one day possibly retiring. She’s patient, kind, relatable, easy to talk to, and still very professional. If you’re on the fence about picking her or booking an appointment, I can vouch for Dr Parrish from personal experience.
In 15 years of psychiatric care, Dr. Parrish is the first provider who has truly made me feel like a partner in the decision-making of my own treatment. When it comes to medication, she encourages me to speak up about what is and isnt working for me and i actually feel listened to. i have felt more progress these past 2 years with Dr. Parrish than I’ve experienced in over a decade & a half. When she relocated across the country, I didn’t hesitate to keep working with her through telehealth. I can’t recommend her highly enough.
Dr. Parrish takes the time to listen and then gives real world strategies to help overcome what you are struggling with. I highly recommend her.
Dr. Parrish made me feel very comfortable. I felt heard and she took the time to explain everything from diagnosis to medication.
Dr. Parrish helped me tremendously with my anxiety and panic disorder. She is kind, compassionate, and truly makes you feel heard. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a psychiatrist.

I really enjoyed having Dr. Parrish as my Doctor in Miami and think she would be a great choice for you if you are looking around for a new Doctor. She is very easy to talk to and I felt like she took very seriously my questions regarding diagnosis to medication and treatment planning. She is also very responsive on email communications for planning appoints to questions about diagnosis or medications, etc. On top of wanting a Doctor I felt I could trust and would not look at me as a "number". Take that with the engagement on communications and she really made a positive impact with me.
