I was asked to arrive 30 minutes early to fill out paperwork, which seemed excessive to me. the doctor insisted we do a breathing test despite the fact that my allergist did an asthma test less than a year ago and it came out negative. I was also told my breathing look like I've been working with asbestos for 30 years. I'm 24. He told me to see my allergist if his prescription didn't work and I don't think i saw a single smile the entire 2 hours I was there. The office was so stuffy and hot I was beet red the entire time and I just never felt remotely comfortable.

I had blood taken to see where my blood levels where at. I did a Panel test, Lipid and Thyroid. I told the receptionist that I wanted the doctor to call me and give me a run down of my results on my day off. I got called on Friday at 4:50, 10 minutes before they closed... the receptionist is not authorized to tell me anything else but that my test were "normal.. if I wanted further details I had to talk to the doctor. (So why is she telling me they are normal?) She told me that he had 2 patients ahead of me. Requested him to call me after he was done, still haven't heard from anyone regarding my test results. I will never come back to this practice since they do not value their patients time and well being.

I feel like Dr. Jasrotia really cares about my well being. It's a good feeling to know someone is actually listening to what's going on with me and not just hearing bits and pieces. All the resources for communication between myself and the medical staff is comforting. I'm in good hands here.
