“I’ve been working with Doctor Ashrafi for over a year now, and I can’t put into words how much they’ve helped me. As someone with a history of PTSD, I’ve always been hesitant about therapy and medication; trust doesn’t come easily for me. From the very first session, she made me feel heard and safe. She takes the time to really listen, not just to what I say but also to what I struggle to put into words. I’ve never felt rushed or dismissed. One thing that stands out is her compassion and patience. There were moments when I felt stuck, like I wasn’t making progress, but they gently reminded me that recovery isn’t linear and that it’s okay to move at my own pace. I’m in a much better place now, emotionally and mentally, than I ever thought possible. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares and will walk alongside you through the ups and downs, I can’t recommend Dr. Ashrafi enough. ”
