About Dr. Mandeep Acharya
Dr. Mandeep Acharya, MD, is a competent and compassionate Internist and Primary Care Physician practicing in the Dallas area since 2012. With strong family ties to Texas, he decided to move to Dallas after completing his residency in Chicago. He currently lives in Frisco, Texas, with his family.
He received his medical degree, Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery, from Nepalgunj Medical College, affiliated with Kathmandu University, Nepal, in 2006. Dr. Acharya completed a three-year Internal Medicine residency at Presence Saint Joseph Hospital, Chicago, affiliated with the University of Illinois Chicago, from 2009 to 2012. He has received several awards during his medical education and residency training.
Dr. Acharya is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. Board certification demonstrates that a physician has met rigorous standards through intensive study, self-assessment, and evaluation.
Dr. Acharya provides individualized and highly personalized care by incorporating an evidence-based approach to the art of medicine. He believes that the human body functions as a whole, and due to the current trend of sub-specialization in medical practice, there is often fragmentation of care. As a Primary Care Physician, Dr. Acharya has acquired extensive training and experience over the years to consolidate and coordinate his patients' care plans.

To say i was impressed would be minimizing my satisfaction. Wow! What a kind hearted staff Dr. A employs! I honesty have never felt more welcome and just plain courtesy shown by this office . It's been about a year and a half and this is the FIRST Doctor that has even done an exam on myself. I've been to over 20 doctors, yet Dr. Acharya is the only one to explore and figure out my health issues.
I feel. Grateful that I happened upon this truly wonderful family practice.

I switched to Dr Acharya as he is 5 mins from my house. I found him to be detailed and knowledgeable. he explained my problems really well. office is clean. overall happy with the switch!!

I really hated the wait times in the waiting area as well during my entire physical. It was unbelievable total of 4 hrs for me only in the office. Anyone should just take their day off to see the doc. Doc is great but the system is pretty bad.

This year my physical was a waste of time to go here. There are extremely long wait times. On my follow up due to waiting up to 1 hr again, I had to just go back home. Never recommend this to anyone. If they can't handle timings they should keep time slots of one per customer for 1 or 2 hrs. Why keep open slots every 30 mins and just keep us waiting.

Dr. Acharya seemed a little unsettled as they had just moved into a new office. He definately spent a great amount of time with me, as I had surgery and my med's were a mess. Two different hospitals, three different Dr.'s had me on alot of the same med's so we went thru all of that. I would recommend Dr. Archarya to some one looking for a PC physician, actually as soon as my husband receives his supplemental insurance card I willl probably have him become a patiient of Dr. Archarya.s
