About Mandy Moore

Mandy Moore completed her undergraduate degrees at Valencia Community College with an AA and AS in nursing, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Central Florida. She practiced as a certified Registered Nurse for over ten years in the NICU at Winnie Palmer and Arnold Palmer Hospital. She then went on to pursue her Master of Science in Nursing degree at the University of South Florida completing the Family Nurse Practitioner Program. Mandy is fellowship-trained in general, cosmetic, and surgical dermatology. She cares for patients of all ages for the diagnosis and treatment of skin, hair, and nails. She is able to perform aesthetic procedures including Botox, injectable fillers, and laser treatments. Mandy is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and licensed through the Florida Board of Nursing. She is an active member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the National Academy of Dermatology Nurse Practitioners.

I was not given any type of answer as to what I had, nor was properly examined. Basically doctor just came in and took a quick glance at what I came in to get checked for, and a second later was told that she is going to prescribe me some ointment to put on and that it should go away after. Paid for a visit where I left the same way I went in, not having an idea on what I might have. Not going back.
