As a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, I provide compassionate, person-centered care to individuals and families across the lifespan—from young children to older adults. I specialize in serving rural communities and understand the unique challenges these populations face, including limited access to care, isolation, and stigma. I offer support for a wide range of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and relationship issues. I use a humanistic and holistic approach that focuses on the whole person, not just symptoms. My therapy style is warm, inquisitive, and collaborative, helping clients feel safe and empowered in their healing journey. I draw from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused therapy, always tailoring care to the individual’s needs.
