Mandy really listened to my feelings, thoughts, and concerns and was able to find a solution that has helped ease my anxiety. She is thorough, easy to talk to, and makes me feel heard. She also is always on time for our appointments, and I really appreciate that.

I can't say enough good things about NP Mandy. From the moment you step into her virtual office, you'll meet with the warmest welcome and her understanding presence. Every session feels like a safe space where I feel truly heard, understood and supported. She truly balances empathy with actionable guidance. She is not only a great listener but also extremely helpful in finding real, meaningful steps to move forward. Her energy is so warm, calming and positive, I always leave our sessions feeling lighter and more equipped to tackle future.
