About Dr. Mani Hashemi
Highly accomplished pain management physician Dr. Mani Hashemi is now part of Clearway Pain Solutions’ team in Addison, Texas. As one of the few physicians in the nation double board certified in Emergency Medicine and Interventional Pain Medicine, Dr. Hashemi offers an unparalleled, holistic approach to pain care.
A proud graduate of Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Dr. Hashemi earned his Bachelor of Science with honors and later received his medical degree with honors from St. George’s University School of Medicine. During his Emergency Medicine residency at Kendall Regional Medical Center in Miami, he served as Chief Resident. Pursuing further specialization, he completed an ACGME-accredited fellowship in Interventional Pain Management at the University of Illinois in Chicago, mastering advanced techniques such as fluoroscopic and ultrasound-guided injections, neuromodulation, and minimally invasive spinal interventions.
As a board-certified Emergency Medicine physician with hands-on experience in Level 1 trauma centers, Dr. Hashemi possesses firsthand knowledge of managing pain from traumatic injuries, falls, motor vehicle accidents, and work-related injuries. He understands the challenges patients often face, such as long wait times, ineffective treatments, and a lack of compassionate care. Driven by this insight, he provides individualized, empathetic care that empowers patients and enhances their quality of life.
Dr. Hashemi recognizes that effective pain management goes beyond symptom relief—it requires a holistic approach that addresses the mind, body, and spirit. He employs a multidisciplinary strategy tailored to each patient, combining educational counseling, pharmacotherapy, psychotherapy, physical therapy, rehabilitation, and advanced minimally invasive interventions. When appropriate, he also incorporates complementary treatments such as acupuncture, chiropractic care, yoga, and tai chi.
