Today, I waited 30 mins in the waiting room and another hour in the exam room only to find out he was still not even at the office. I’ll be going to a different physician next time because I don’t have that kind of time to waste twice.”

First, the waiting room was so packed there were no chairs. Not a big deal but I was going for a foot injury.
Second, he examined the exterior of my foot for 15 seconds, said I’d need an X-ray and was on his way. I immediately left and went to Foot and Ankle Premium Specialists in Hoboken where I got attention and an x-ray on site and found out it’s broken.

Dr. Luhana himself is great, and i would definitely recommend him. I had a not-so-great experience with his reception at his Parsippany office today and did not even get to see the doctor. While it turned out that I thought my appointment was half an hour later than I was scheduled for, and that is my mistake and I should have double-checked, I didn't find this out until i got an email asking how my appointment was, the receptionist didn't uncover this issue. I waited for 45 minutes before I asked how much longer the wait was. I was on my lunch break and despite telling her i had 15 minutes to get back and to please reschedule she kept insisting i wait for the doctor. The days she brought up were days and times I cannot do, which I told her, so she just kept insisting i wait for the doctor. After being told I was on my lunch break multiple times, and I now had less time to get back to work. She pointed out another patient on her lunch break as if that somehow made my situation any better. I have a UTI that has already been going on for a little bit and I scheduled the first available appointment as soon as I was sure it was a UTI. I now cannot get antibiotics until after the holidays and better hope it doesn't progress into a kidney infection before then. What should have been a quick appointment with a prescription for antibiotics ended with me leaving in frustration after a 45 minute wait time. I understand other people are sick, and I understand I made a mistake, i understand my schedule can be difficult, but I've been in the same situation before and treated with far more dignity and less condescension. I'm used to navigating these issues and conflicts and I rarely get frustrated to the point of tears over it. She could have handled the situation in a much better, more productive manner and in a way that doesn't leave me apprehensive to call to reschedule at my earliest convenience and debating if I should stop seeing a doctor I really like who actually listens to me and takes my concerns seriously.

Long wait time; a walk-in was called in before me despite making an appointment a week ago.
I am in between specialists and Dr. Luhana was very understanding of this and prescribed me the medication I need.

I would not recommend anyone to this doctor! It was my first time seeing this doctor and I only booked this appointment because the location was convenient to my office, big mistake! I made the appointment on zocdoc at 6am thinking the receptionist would call and confirm. When I hadn't heard anything by 3pm, I called to find out they did not have my appointment and couldn't transfer anything over from zocdoc. The receptionist was not friendly and sounded like she just wanted to get off of the phone and hung up when I tried asking about parking resulting in me having to call back. When the nurse called my name and I stood up, she just immediately took off down the hallway, I had to rush to keep up. There was no "hello, please follow me" there was nothing. When we got into the room, I had to wait to make eye contact and said "hello, how are you?" She then said I'm going to check your vitals. I then said "okay, my blood pressure?" and she said yes but when I glanced up she was waiting with a thermometer near my mouth. I know you're checking my temperature but you still need to state what you are doing! As the doctor walked in he said "hello, what brings you in today?" and just picked up the clip board to look at my file. He did not make eye contact with me, he did not introduce himself or welcome me as a new patient. Once I began to tell him why I came in he kept interrupting me. He seemed to be in an extreme rush! I saw him for less than 4 minutes, he just wrote a prescription and left the room. Do not go see this doctor, he does not care about you or your well being!

My visit went well. Dr. Luhana was personable, professional and he listened. The office staff was curteous and professional. The wait was only a little long because it was my first time in the office.

Upon arriving the doctor's office, it took about 20 minutes for the nurse to see me. The nurse brought me into the room and took my blood pressure and temperature. I've never had a problem with my blood pressure being taken before until this visit. The nurse squeezed my arm so tight that I was becoming slightly numb. This has never happened before at any other doctor.
Next, I waited about 40 minutes in the room and the DR. was no where to be found. I opened the medical room door and I see the DR clearly in his office selecting seats on a website similar to ticketmaster. He had no intentions on coming anytime soon. I went to the front desk and asked when was the doctor going to see me and 5 minutes later he walks in.
Not only the above two issues, but there was no communication with the office on whether I should fast for my blood work appointment. I called and the receptionist could not even look at the ZocDoc information and was not helpful.
There was no call confirming the appointment or questions pertaining to my servicing lab. The just wrote a prescription for blood work and sent me to the back of the office. Upon walking back, I'm informed they cannot send / blood work to my lab and I will have to go to another facility.
Overall, this was a waste of time and I highly DO NOT recommend.

I came here after another doctor had cancelled on me. I booked a 12 pm appointment.. was not seen until a little after 1. I was getting an annual physical done ( was not given a blood test ). Doctor did not seem to care much about his patients, and he probably only saw me for about 5 minutes I would say. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone.
