What should a new client know about working with you?

My goal is to help you reach your goals. I work collaboratively to support my clients to help improve the quality of their lives. Therapy can be a vulnerable process and it is my hope to create a safe space to allow for growth and healing.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I am a psychologist who provides interventions from a person-centered approach and a holistic/multicultural perspective. I also remain flexible in the evidence-based interventions we may use in treatment. I have worked with clients across the lifespan, providing individual, couples and family therapy. I am also able to provide psychological testing services. I offer therapy in English and Urdu (conversational).

She is incredibly compassionate, warm, and easy to talk to. Her calming presence and thoughtful approach made me feel comfortable and understood from the start. I’m very grateful for her support and guidance
We did couples therapy with Manizeh and she was a big help in teaching us communication skills. She definitely spent a lot of time getting to know us and understanding our goals.
We have tried many therpists to help my daughter process some experiences and control her anxiety. After a little research, I was adamant that her therapist had to have a PsyD. Thankfully we found Dr. Raza. She was able to assess the situation by listening to my concerns as well as my young daughters' and was able to help her get ahold of her racing thoughts and self judgments. In few months we were able to decrease frequency of sessions as my daughter was improving. We felt at ease with Dr. Raza, she eminates positive calm vibes. I already referred her to a friend.
Dr. Raza has greatly helped me in my mental health journey. She is refreshing to talk to and helps me view things in a different way. She is always positive, compassionate and provides very practical methods to practice. I am excited she'll be able to help patients in other states! I highly recommend her to anyone.
Dr. Raza is exceptional. Her bedside manner and gentle approach makes me feel welcomed and able to approach therapy comfortably and quickly be comfortable in the setting and able to break into things that i had always felt guarded with. Highly recommend.
