I believe that being able to make a difference in others' lives is a blessing. As a psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I am bestowed with one such great opportunity. I am board certified and licensed to provide psychiatric care to patients of all ages. I earned my Master’s in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from Walden University. My intense academic training and professional experience derive from caring for individuals—from toddlers to older adults—with varying emotional, behavioral, and addiction disorders in both acute and chronic care settings for more than a decade.

I believe in compassionate, conscientious, empathetic, and patient centered care combined with evidenced based practice to ensure the best possible outcome.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
I understand that my client, who may be going through the most vulnerable stage of their life require more compassion, empathy and individualized care. I believe that compassionate, conscientious, empathetic, and patient centered care combined with scientifically proven practices, allows me to form a treatment plan that will ensure the best possible outcome.

The most difficult part when I was searching for a provider was finding someone who actually takes the effort to listen & understand. Ms. Menon was exactly that which I really appreciated since it made the whole process of dealing with my mental health easier. I normally never feel the need to write a review but I had to for someone who truly was there for me and helped. I'd definitely recommend her if you're someone like me who is sometimes hesitant to visit healthcare professionals.
