You know you guys show a foot and ankle specialist on your website, a Dr Chaim but I’m forced to go to another doctor that’s specialty is shoulder. That’s not what I want. So please cancel my appointment tomorrow. In addition it’s pot luck to get anyone to answer the phone. I felt like a herded cow. Sorry, but I do appreciate the knowledge of the splint and I thank them for stabilizing my ankle. Just not the spirit of excellence I require as far as surgeons. I ask for foot and ankle and my question was overlooked and switched to another Dr. I’ve made to many bad decisions and I won’t make another one, but I do thank you for helping me narrow it down.

The wait time was really bad, we waited an extra hour post our appointment time (in the doctor's room with NO contact) for some one to attend us, even though we got there early. Also they upsold and pressured us into buying a boot even though we didn't need it--I was naturally better (sprained ankle) in the next few days time without medication or anything. I went in for a check up to ensure nothing was broken, and they confirmed there was some swelling but not enough to warrant concern. We did x-rays (which came out clear) and they still pressured us (what I now truly regret) buying a boot and services totalling more than expected. Then apparently wasn't 'fully' covered by insurance as we got another bill some days after paying our very large in-person total. So an already expensive visit turned into a burden, just to have someone confirm if I had a genuine sprained ankle. Didn't even need the boot, they just wanted the sale.
The doctor we saw, was nice enough but very brief.

Great place. In and out in 40 minutes, x-rays, diagnosis and treatment. Danny walked me through everything and made it easy to understand. It was clear he knows what he was doing. The office was nice and clean, although I didn't get a good look at the waiting area, due to getting seen right away. Best medical appointment experience I've had in a long while.

Nice office, and is very close to where I live. No long waiting time. Only issue I had was the price of Services and that the doctor did not refer me (like he said he would) to my preferred physical therapy company. He wanted me to sign with theirs, which is expected, but my preference is my preference and he should have followed through.

Great experience - the front desk staff was exceptional! I was seen on time, got imaging immediately, the PA trainees and all other providers were really great. I would recommend this clinic and will be back for my own care.

Very clean, well kept office. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Loved the offer of conservative therapy first over spending a ton of money. Seems they forgot to call or e-fax my Rx but that is minor and easily fixed. I will be going back. Highly recommend!

This was a great experience and the doctor was very knowledgeable about my particular injury. The urgent care had placed my arm in a cast and told me i would have to wear it for at least 6-8 weeks. After visiting doctors here he removed the cast, placed me in a sling and told me that my injury while painful was minimal damage. Would definitely recommend.
