“I was looking for a new PCP after a not great experience with my last PCP, who saw so many patients she never remembered me and had wait times of almost an hour. This was like night and day. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Dr. K was nice and really covered all bases I could have hoped for a the phlebotomist who took my blood was very friendly. The entire experience was pretty seamless! Bear in mind that they have a parking lot behind the building that’s free—Zoc Doc doesn’t mention it when they send you the address and info so I only learned of it after Dr. K told me (one of the first things he told me when he came in, which I appreciated).”

About Dr. Manvel Kondradzhyan
Dr. Kondradzhyan's foundation for the cornerstone of exemplary medical care is embedded within the practice of treating all patients with respect, patience, and compassion. Dr. Kondradzhyan journeyed to the United States from Armenia at eight years old with aspirations of one day becoming a physician. His passion has continued to be medicine and his significant experience as an expert diagnostician and clinician began when he attended Ross University School of Medicine. After graduating with honors from medical school, he then continued his right of passage as Chief Resident at White Memorial Medical Center. The benefit of having his medical school and residency in these distinct settings allowed him to expand his extensive medical care knowledge with compelling medical cases and by having an array of patients from diverse backgrounds. Once Dr. Kondradzhyan completed his residency, he joined Concord Hospitalist Group at USC Verdugo Hills, where he currently practices as an Internal Medicine physician with an estimable group of fellow internists. Dr. Kondradzhyan believes that a physician must consistently be well informed on the latest research and the most up to date guidelines that will benefit and support his patient’s path to having the best overall health and quality of life.

So so lucky to have found Dr K and Elevate Health. I have some health things that require regular monitoring, but my initial appt with him was regarding a new concern. He listened, asked lots of questions, and immediately began comprehensive testing to get to the bottom of what was going on, which was successful! Super thorough, wonderful bedside manner, great staff…he goes above and beyond with communication…as a person who sees doctors often, I’m STOKED to have such a good one! ????

My overall experience was 5 stars.
* Appt Availability - I was able to book an appointment for Tuesday, the Friday before.
* Office - The office is very clean and modern.
* Staff - Diana at the front desk was so personable and friendly along w the other staff.
* No Wait - I showed up on time and once I completed my forms was promptly escorted into the exam room.
* Convenient - Parking lot in back (free). CVS Pharmacy across the street. Blood was drawn on-site (didn't need to drive to a separate lab)
* Communicative & Professional - Dr. K was friendly, listened to my concerns and explained the tests I would be receiving. The exam was quick and thorough.
