About Maqsooda Bryant
I provide virtual (telehealth) women’s health care — all visits are conducted from the comfort of your home. In-person visits and procedures are not offered.
I care for female patients only and focus on common gynecologic, urinary, postpartum, and breastfeeding concerns that can be safely and effectively managed via telehealth.
As a Certified Nurse-Midwife, I provide comprehensive, patient-centered care with a calm, collaborative, and evidence-based approach. Visits are focused, efficient, and tailored to your needs — with an emphasis on listening, education, and practical treatment plans.
I commonly treat:
Urinary symptoms and UTIs
Vaginal concerns (discharge, irritation, yeast infections)
STI testing and treatment
Irregular, heavy, or painful periods
Hormonal concerns, including PMDD
Postpartum care and mental health support
Breastfeeding and lactation concerns
This service is best suited for patients seeking evaluation and treatment for the concerns listed above.

I’ve had a truly wonderful experience with Shaffina Health .
As a patient, I felt listened to, respected, and fully supported. Maqsooda Bryant, CNM, brings a calm, knowledgeable, and compassionate presence. She took her time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions without rushing, and made sure I felt comfortable and empowered in my care.
She also cared for my 13-year-old daughter and was absolutely amazing with her—gentle, patient, and age-appropriate in her explanations. She ordered labs when needed and made sure my daughter felt safe and understood. Because of our positive experience, I have now scheduled an appointment for my 10-year-old daughter as well.
It is rare to find a provider who combines strong clinical knowledge with genuine warmth, especially when caring for both women and young girls. I highly recommend Shaffina Health to any woman or parent seeking compassionate, thorough, and high-quality women’s and adolescent health care.

I’m so grateful for Maqsooda. She's amazing, super nice, responsive, and genuinely cares about her patients. She always answers my messages and even calls me back when I have questions. It's such a relief to have her support throughout my pregnancy. Highly recommend!

I had a very personable visit with board certified Nurse Midwife Maqsoodah Bryant. I really like that she listened to what I was saying to her. She then summarized what I said to confirm both of us understanding. Nurse Midwife Maqsoodah is very competent, knowledgeable, caring, and she treated me with dignity and respect. These last two qualities are very important to me. I was not lumped into a category and treated as another statistic. Maqsoodah saw the full me and treated me as such.
I am post menopausal. Maqsoodah's training and knowledge allows her to care for me as a patient. I watched how confident and relaxed she was. She was not looking at the time or rushing me. She sat and answered all my questions. She answered them and made sure I understood them. I will definitely be seeing Maqsoodah for my health needs and concerns.
