I practice clinical evaluations for diagnosis and a combination medication/supplement management with supportive talk therapy with refill follow ups 30 mins. Feel free to inquire about more frequent/longer talk therapy. I'm dedicated to helping people achieve their goals and improve their quality of life. My approach is individualized and client-centered, including evidence-based treatments.
I hold a Master's in Nursing from the State University of New York, Stony Brook. My job is to support you in making the most of your life. I understand that life circumstances can make it seem impossible to feel happy, fulfilled, confident, or at peace. Life is full of challenges and uncertainties that can lead to overwhelming stress, anxiety, and depression. I will tailor treatment to meet you where you are and help you move forward. What is your typical process for working with clients?
At MindFlow Psychiatry we have an in-depth first session to determine your treatment plan and goals. Together we design a process that works for you, often implementing therapy with combination of medications as needed. Follow up cadence is dependent on fit, plan and availability.
Our front desk team helps verify your cost so you can focus on receiving the care you deserve.
Be prepared to upload insurance images, ID and complete intake forms from our secure portal. A care coordinator will help answer any questions and help you onboard. Lookout for phone screening, texts and emails. We are happy to answer any questions.
