My experiences at House Call Physicians have been great aside from some minor scheduling mishaps that were swiftly and painlessly rectified. Dr. Schleider very thoughtfully listened to every one of my concerns and responded with thoroughquestions that helped us reach a diagnosis and a treatment. I didn't ever feel rushed, which I really appreciated. I met Dr. Epstein when Dr. Schleider was feeling under the weather and was covering for him. When we met, it was clear that he had read carefully through my chart and I didn't feel like I had delayed any progress even though he isn't who I usually meet with. Most of the time I come in, the wait is almost nonexistent and it's clear that they really pride themselves on the excellent environment and care they provide for their patients. When I had some concerns regarding my insurance policy, the office manager answered all of my questions thoroughly and patiently. I've had a pretty solid experience with all the staff at the office overall. I would definitely recommend both physicians at this office!

A clean, beautiful office with a respectful staff who will go out of their way for their patients. I've seen more than a fair share of mental health professionals in NYC and this office is by far one of the best!
