Dietitian

"My name is Marc Giant, Registered Dietitian and Certified Nutrition Coach. I assist those that want to extend their lives for as long as possible and want to lose weight one final time via a sustainable approach. This Requires reversing psychological, emotional, physical and/or mental health as well as reversing the bad habits that have gotten you to where you are. You must want this as bad as your life depends on it, because it does. I have been a Registered Dietitian since 2017, and have coached clients that have lost a substantial amount of weight and KEPT it off long term. How? Certainly not just giving out basic meal plans, but coaching the habits that are required to get you to where you want to be. Coming up with, modifying, practicing and tracking good habits is a necessity for losing weight at a healthy pace and keeping it off forever. I practice what I preach. Why? I wouldn’t feel right if I told the clients I have worked with to do things that are outside their comfort zones while I sat back and didn’t veer outside my own comfort zone. I keep myself in the best shape I possibly can, mentally, emotionally, physically and psychologically. When I train at the gym, I make sure I train outside of my comfort zone to the point that I “want” to stop, but push forward regardless. By practicing mental strength, my physicality naturally follows (In other words, if you focus on being mentally resilient with your exercise as well as having discipline with your eating habits, a good, healthy body will naturally follow).
