“Pretty good, just difficult to locate the actual building. It’s a hospital campus not just 1 building and his department doesn’t answer the phone—just goes straight to voicemail. TIP: It’s the furthest south building in the outpatient center”

I'm not sure if I missed something, but I had trouble initially finding the doctor's office. Dr Singer is in a specific building of the huge Loyola Hospital facility. I initially went to the wrong building and was redirected a few times before I was finally able to find the right spot. This caused me to be late for my initial appointment time, but after that it was smooth sailing. Dr Singer and his staff made for as pleasant of an experience as a trip to the doctor could be...
Professional and compassionate!

Dr. Singer is the absolute BEST! You won't find a better surgeon out there; he is kind, super smart and a highly skilled surgeon. We couldn't be happier with his care and treatment!!
Dr. Singer is very professional and knows his stuff. His staff were all friendly and all seemed very concerned about my issues. Answered all questions I had and made me feel as comfortable as possible during my visit. I have another appointment in a month and I'm glad I chose Marc for the job. Highly recommended.

Could not be happier with Dr. Singer and Loyola Hospital. You not only have a great surgeon but his staff is equally as awesome. It was night and day from a very poor experience with Condell. Thank you Dr. Singer, Loyola Hospital, and the wonderful nurses on your team - Ben B.

He was so kind. His PA was absolutely lovely and understanding. He went over all of my options but also listened to me and gave me the opportunity to discuss what i want and how i feel it would better my life. He listened, took into consideration my thoughts and I looking forward to having him as my surgeon. I would highly recommend him and his staff. I was treated very well and felt very comfortable.

Excellent bedside manner. He took the time to really listen to me. Truly listen to me. He was so understanding, kind, and gave me some positive feedback regarding my issues. I am actually looking forward to surgery and him performing it for me. I have an appointment in a few weeks with him to discuss test results and discuss options. I would recommend him to anyone.

I went to see Dr. Singer for a very personal issue; this provider was extremely professional and tactful about my particular issue and handled themselves in an awesome manner. There was a medical student present during my exam who was also very sensitive and kind and the overall vibe really put me at ease. I very much appreciated the level of professionalism on display and would happily recommend this surgeon to anyone.
Verified patient
Very responsible staff from check-in to leaving the building. Also, doctor and all doctors assistance were very patient and took time to explain everything to you and listen to your questions and give you answers to all questions, Great Experience, TY

Very nice and knowledgeable staff!
Verified patient
Very detail oriented about the problem. Gave me good suggestions about the surgery and how will it be done. Asked me to research on it and them decide.
Verified patient
Don't have a clear reason why he didn't come swing by to simply say hello after surgery. The nurses said that he was way ahead of schedule and they didn't provide a reason for him not stopping by.

Dr Singer is a highly qualified surgeon ,one of the best in class. He practically saved my 17 year old son and returned our family happiness.Thank you.
The doctor took care of my problem faster than I thought could ever happen. I would certainly recommend him and your hospital!
Dr. Singer is a very professional doctor. He spends time answering questions and makes sure you understand the answers. He is someone I would recommend highly. His PA Iris is also fantastic, caring and genuine. Thanks to both of you for making a uncomfortable test run so smoothly.
Given the somewhat sensitive nature of the issues, and body area that Dr Singer helps his patients deal with these issues in an extremely professional not overly clinical manner... when appropriate he proposes a plan of action to limit excessive procedures yet still accomplishing everything that needs to be done.
