Marcela “Marci” Vega, PA-C is a board-certified physician assistant from San Diego, California.
She earned her bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of California, Berkeley in 2021, and went on to complete her Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Arcadia University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
After graduating, Marci returned to her hometown of San Diego and joined Unio in 2025. She works closely with Dr. Vapnek and Dr. Roberts at the Kearny Mesa location.
Outside of work, she enjoys visiting the beach, swimming, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
