I was referred here by a doctor at an E.R. On the computer printout it said there were immediate appt's. The appointment I was given was cancelled. (Sat. 14th 7 p.m)
They said Dr. Marcia wasn't available but I 'd be given a substitute. I wasn't hearing anything so called the ph. no given. Was told Nothing Available for 3 days.
Finally I had to explain to the receptionist that while at the hospital I lost my I.D and did not have time to get a new one. I Really needed help since I was in withdrawal from 2 medications. She did not hear me anymore. I could not be seen w/ out it. I offered other forms of ID but didn't matter. Bottom line is that I was denied the help I REALLY NEEDED !!
