Most relevant
I was trying to stay with providers as I am very anxious about new people. The 1st appt I got a call saying it would be moved due to my insurance. I set up another appt assuming my appt was cancelled, but it must not have been by the staff. 2nd appt I marked to have a notification before the appt but I didn’t get a notification and missed the second appt. I think due to this I was marked as unable to be seen by the provider. Period. I have adhd and I need notifications or alarms set. It’s unfortunate that I was marked as unable to be seen when I took the correct steps. This is a new process for me and there really wasn’t any grace given before canceling me out of my mental health services. I can understand seeing missed appts as a waste of her time but again these were unforeseen circumstances considering I was misinformed by staff that called and by the app. It took me years to ask for help & this will probably make me lose the progress I did have. Poor experience for online services.
