I did not feel any connection with Dr. Capati. He walked into the room, quickly asked me a handful of questions, and had blood work done on me. He did not give me the feeling of comfort or that he really cared what was wrong. I just got my blood drawn and went home and decided to just stick out the pain.

Made quick diagnosis after viewing x-Ray. However, the massage therapy he ordered was not covered by my insurance nor was the prescription cyclobenzaprine. My insurance is Medicare advantage with tricare being my secondary insurance.

Doc was nice but staff was the real problem. Our appointment was at 10 15. We arrived at 9 40, paperwork completed by 10 10. Taken back at 10 16....waited. At 10 36 asked nurse when the doc would be there, said 10 minutes. At 10 46 asked again. Acted like this was the most inconvenient task in the world and said she'd get him. Went back outside two minutes later and she's sitting there. We were about to leave with or without a bill and the doc finally showed up at almost 11. Spent 10 minutes if that in the appointment then referred us to an ENT and left. In the words of my mother (who also had to sit through the appointment) , first and last. His scheduler and staff should really coordinate with him better because he was so nice but if I set an appointment, I expect to be seen at that time. We don't have all day.
