I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years of experience working with individuals and couples. I earned my PsyD in Clinical Psychology and a Master’s degree from Alliant International University, and my Bachelor’s degree from the University of California. My specialties include relationship issues, depression, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem concerns, sexuality, and working with the LGBTQ population. My goal is to help you better balance yourself in the present, day to day, and to dive deep with you to understand the root cause. Truly effective therapy, in my view, happens when we are ready to look deeply and critically at our current situation and are prepared to make sustainable, practical changes.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My work is active and focused. I will actively listen while utilizing direct questioning to fully understand core beliefs. I believe therapy can be both fun and rewarding. My goals are for you to regain better control of your symptoms and achieve your highest level of functioning as quickly as possible.
