About Maren Allred

Hello! I’m Maren Allred, a Certified Nurse Midwife serving women and families in Willcox, Arizona. I have been a Registered Nurse for 20 years, spending much of my career working in our small-town hospital. Over the years, I recognized a growing need for accessible women’s health and prenatal care in our community. That realization inspired me to pursue midwifery and create a practice that helps fill this gap, allowing more women to receive the compassionate, quality care they deserve—right here at home. I received my Bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University in 2006 and completed my Master’s degree from Frontier Nursing University in 2026. Midwifery is about so much more than labor and birth. I believe women need personalized, supportive care throughout every stage of life, including preconception, pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. I grew up in Sierra Vista, Arizona, and moved to Willcox soon after marrying my husband, who grew up here in Willcox. Together we have six children. Four of our children were born at home in Willcox with a midwife. Those experiences with home births opened my eyes to the beauty of midwifery and the quality, personalized care that midwives provide. As your local Certified Nurse Midwife, I am an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse who is here to support your healthcare needs throughout all stages of life. I provide care that includes: Preconception and prenatal care Postpartum and breastfeeding support Routine gynecological care and screenings Birth control and family planning Hormone replacement therapy STI testing and treatment Women’s health concerns Other primary healthcare needs My mission is to bring kind, gentle, personalized care to the women of our community from adolescence through postmenopause—and to make quality healthcare more accessible close to home. It is an honor to serve the women and families of Willcox and the surrounding communities. I look forward to walking alongside you through every season of life.
