About Dr. Margaret Kilgore
A native of Bardstown, Margaret Hamilton is a talented and dedicated board-certified nurse practitioner committed to providing comprehensive and compassionate care to her patients. Margaret earned her Bachelors of Nursing from Miami University In 2010. Upon graduation, she was accepted into Vanderbilt University’s Nurse Residency Program. She worked as an oncology/medicine RN for several years and completed her Masters of Nursing in 2013 from Vanderbilt University. She then began practicing as a dermatology nurse practitioner within a large multi-specialty physician practice in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. In 2015, she completed her Doctorate of Nursing Practice. She has specialized in Dermatology since 2012.
Margaret’s passion for dermatology extends beyond her education. She is an active member of professional organizations, including the Dermatology Nurses Association and the Kentucky Coalition of Nurse Practitioners and Nurse-Midwives. By staying connected to these associations, Margaret remains current with the latest dermatological research and treatment advancements.
