Rude staff, uncommunicative, zero customer service skills.

A friend of mine sees Margaret through talkiatry and loved her and thought I’d do well with her. Unfortunately I had a lot of issues with talkiatry and their booking process so I was excited to find her on here. When booking I got a notice saying she worked through talkiatry and they would reach out directly. Unfortunately they never did and my appointment time came and went with no contact. I’m sure she’s lovely but I do not think Zocdoc actually communicates to her that someone booked an appointment with her so book through talkiatry if they let you or find a different provider.
