Margaret Ruhiu CNP PMHNP-BC I am a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a Master's degree in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from Regis College. I have experience working with clients of all ages and backgrounds, including children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. My expertise includes psychiatric treatment and management of Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar disorders, ADHD, and substance abuse. I use a person-centered, individualized approach to treatment, relying on evidence-based practices that combine medication management with a commitment to psychotherapy to improve outcomes. While I do prescribe medications, I consider partnering with my clients-helping them discover and use their own strengths to overcome life obstacles and mental illness-a crucial part of treatment. I recognize the importance of meeting clients where they are in their recovery journey, and my goal is to be their companion along the way. I strive to provide all my clients with the support and guidance they need as they navigate the complexities of chronic mental illness or substance abuse issues. I look forward to partnering with you as you choose the treatment or combination of treatments that works best for you.
