A “outsourced” CSR called to verify my daughter’s appointment and had me fill out forms for it. But I never received a link to join a video call and I called back the number they called from and got no answer, left a voicemail. Very frustrating, disappointing and unprofessional to be ghosted by a MH provider

I recently moved and scheduled an appointment to request refills for my medications. I told the provider what I wanted, she wrote the prescriptions, and that was it. No questions. Did I get what I wanted? Technically yes, but it felt like I could have requested anything and the provider would have just said yes without a second thought. Kinda concerning.

Don't waste your time or money with zocdoc. They tell you one thing and do the next. They accept my insurance but still have to pay out of pocket for the visit.

Finding a provider had proved extremely daunting by how overwhelming the market is, while particular to you. This provider was great. Easy to talk to and to be understood by the provider. Rather easy in getting everything set up, such that I was able to meet right away. Efficient with time, concise with communication, and effective in targeting/treating any and all issues as necessary/needed.
