“I had a PCP for 12+ years, but they left the practice and the one provider in the office wasn’t taking new patients, so I had no primary care doctor.. zocdoc showed me that Dr Vaughan was in the area and had open appointments.
Front desk staff was lovely, and Dr Vaughan took notes during our appointment. I was sick and expressed my insurance had denied a medication I needed. She immediately went and called the pharmacy to figure out what WOULD be covered.

About Dr. Margaret Vaughan
Margaret Vaughan, MD, FACP, is board-certified in Internal Medicine and Geriatric Medicine, practicing at New York Presbyterian Medical Group Hudson Valley. She graduated from Cornell University and then earned her doctorate in medicine at SUNY Health Science Center Medical School in Syracuse, New York. She served her internship and residency in internal medicine at St. Vincent's Catholic Medical Center as well as anesthesia residency at New York Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center. She completed her fellowship in Geriatric Medicine at St. Vincent's Catholic Medical Center in Manhattan. She has served as a clinical preceptor for medical students for New York Medical College in Valhalla. She's a member of the American Medical Association and the American College of Physicians. She serves on several committees for the Medical Society of the State of New York. For over two decades, Dr. Vaughan has been practicing adult medicine as an Internist in the outpatient setting in suburban New York. She's passionate about having a positive impact on the lives of all of her patients by collaborating with them to reach their health goals and facilitate wellness.
