The office was clean, bright and comfortable. The office staff were super friendly and helpful. I was seen by the doctor within 10 minutes of my appointment time. Both the nurse and doctor listened to my concerns and needs and provided me with the care and resources I requested

Dr. Zanetti listened to everything I had to say. She did not rush me out. I acknowledged she had other patients and I was not trying to hold her up. She said no that’s fine. So she did not rush me out of her office at all. She made clear communication with the issues I was having and things we were going to do going forward. The office staff was very friendly. Their nurse put me at ease when taking my blood pressure and all my other vitals. Everything was explained to me as they were doing things. It was a great visit. ?

I showed up 7 minutes late for my appointment and was immediately turned away and told I’d have to reschedule. No grace period, no attempt to be understanding, just a flat out refusal to see me. Now I have to wait even longer to get important testing done, which is incredibly frustrating and unnecessary. Life happens, traffic, work, delays, but apparently there’s zero flexibility or compassion here. Extremely disappointed in how this was handled.

The office staff was very friendly and helpful. Waited 15 minutes past my appointment time to be taken back by the nurse, but didn't have to wait long for Dr. Zanetti after. She was friendly and non judgemental. However, what we talked about in the appointment did not match the notes I received in my portal. Many things were noted as being discussed but were not and stated I declined services etc. that I didn't.

Had an amazing experience. I suffer with health anxiety and avoid going to the dr at all but it was time to care for myself and the Dr was SO kind, I felt totally at ease. The staff was incredibly welcoming and kind, they got me in so fast and I didn't feel rushed at all with the Dr! She allowed me to express how I was feeling and listened and gave great recommendations and helped me feel comfortable and at peace. Great office , great visit 10/10 already booked for next years visit!
