I was looking for continued care with my ongoing diagnosis & prescription.
As for the call itself, I kept getting cut off / interrupted & talked over while I was talking trying to explain my situation and what i needed. I felt as if what I was saying was not important & she didnt care to hear anything “extra” . I felt rushed and like she was just trying to get the appointment over with as the call was about 10 minutes. Overall, I was not listened to and it seemed like it only mattered what she had to say. I ended up canceling my follow up & am seeing a different provider.
I thought I was being too sensitive about this experience until I booked with another provider who actually listened & it made me realize how bad this appointment actually was.
Honestly way too overwhelming, hurtful & disappointing.
Id recommend booking elsewhere.

Doctor Maria gave me a very good first impression as a patient who is switching to a new provider. She answered my questions in such an insightful manner that for me, was very professional and clear to understand at the same time. I can definitely tell right off the bat, that she’s a good provider for me, and I’m so excited to start my new journey against mental health disease with her.
