About Dr. Maria Castellese
Dr. Maria Castellese was born and raised in the Chicago area. She completed her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at the National University of Health Sciences and the National College of Chiropractic and has been in practice since 1996. She initially practiced chiropractic at a group practice in Arlington Heights and has been practicing in Elk Grove since 1999. During her spare time, she enjoys running, biking, and cross-country skiing. She has been running in the Chicago Marathon since 1992. She believes in a holistic approach to medicine in the treatment of neck pain, back pain, headaches, and sciatica. Our mission is to provide our patients with the finest quality healthcare and excellent customer service in a warm and friendly environment.
In conjunction with chiropractic services, Elk Grove Chiropractic Center also has a licensed massage therapist on staff. Massage therapy is covered in this office by some health plans, including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Private Health Care Systems, injuries related to motor vehicle accidents, and workers' compensation. Massage therapy provides an alternative health option to help alleviate the soft tissue discomfort associated with everyday stress, muscular overuse, and chronic pain.
We also utilize decompression therapy to assist in the treatment of herniated discs, sciatica, pinched nerves, and stenosis. This has been an effective treatment for these conditions.

Top notch, all around great place. Personable, courteous staff, Dr Castellese is knowledgeable and professional. Her adjustments are easy on the body and effective. Do yourself a favor and get a therapeutic massage not only are they relaxing they foucs on your specific area of pain and are effective with the healing process. In this day and age its hard to find service like the service provided at Elk Grove Chiropractic.
