Maria Eugenia Riccombeni RDN, LD/N is a Registered Dietitian with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Keiser University in Pembroke Pines, Florida. During her internship, she worked in Miami’s most prestigious hospitals including Baptist Hospital and Miami Nicklaus Children’s Hospital. Eugenia has always had a passion for eating healthy and incorporating a healthy lifestyle. Her areas of expertise include digestive disease including FODMAP diet, weight management and bariatric surgery, pediatrics, eating disorders, PCOS, thyroid disease and diabetes. As an avid public speaker, Eugenia worked with the Healthy Weight Alliance to spread the message on the necessity to improve menu selections at Miami restaurants. She went on to assist restaurants and clinical facilities in adapting their menus to include healthier options by simply modifying recipes while ensuring great taste.
