What should a new client know about working with you?

Patients should know that I am approachable, supportive, honest, and nonjudgmental. I believe effective care starts with trust, clear communication, and a treatment plan that feels realistic for daily life. I commonly work with patients experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, trauma-related symptoms, sleep difficulties, panic attacks, emotional overwhelm, and stress. I also provide care in English and Spanish and value creating a culturally sensitive space where patients feel understood.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My process begins with a thorough evaluation where we review symptoms, history, current stressors, goals, and any previous treatment experiences. I explain diagnoses, medication options, benefits, risks, and alternatives so patients feel informed and involved in their care. Follow-up visits focus on progress, medication response, side effects, functioning, and any adjustments needed. I work collaboratively with patients to support stability, healing, and long-term wellness.
