Appointments are well-organized, communication is prompt, and follow-ups show real dedication to long-term care, not just symptom management. Whether it’s therapy, medication management, or general mental health support, I’ve felt consistently supported and respected.

So I was double booked and they asked to reschedule me for a week away and I told them that was ok. Then I get a call the day of my appointment and they asked me where I am, I then told them I booked virtually. I then was told they don’t do virtual for the first visit even though that is what I booked and no one bothered to tell me until the day and time of my appointment. Then they rebooked me again for 4 days later, I was 10 minutes late because I didn’t have the address for them to turn me away. I wasted almost a month trying to be seen at this office and it wasn’t even with the one I booked with. Never again.
