I was scheduled with Dr Groves due to an emergency I was moved to Dr Flores and able to be seen the same time as my original appointment. It was my 1st time to this office. The call was pleasant to notify me of the change. The office wasn’t modern but it was clean and the people were very nice. Dr Flores was very nice and friendly and made me feel very comfortable. She did my annual physical and was very thorough with everything. I’m waiting for my call on all of my results as she explained I would see them before she can get to them. I was looking for a personable doctor as my primary care and I think I found it in this office.

Pro: Dr. Flores was great! Terrific bedside manner, clear communicator, and took her time meeting with me.
Con: the nurse Lana was TERRIBLE. Awful beside manor, gave one word answers to pertinent questions I had which led to confusion, and she made commands at me like I was a dog. I didn’t even know her name, until Dr. Flores called out to her down the hallway because she neglected to complete my bloodwork, after I’d been sitting in the exam room for AN HOUR! There was no apology or any acknowledgement of the wait. She simply entered the room and said “you can sit back on the table”. So rude. Hopefully the other nurses are kinder.
