The appointment was 10 minutes long, which I was not aware of. I'm seeking a new primary care physician since I'm new to the DC area, and the doctor kept cutting me off mid-sentence to say that our time was up and her next appointment had already started. I booked the appointment to discuss concerning heart palpitations and chest pain, but felt like I was rushed through the discussion and wasn't even being listened to. Though I understand the time constraints we are all under especially while virtual during COVID, I don't appreciate this complete lack of bedside manner. My search for a new doctor continues.

Appointment was great. However, follow up from this office is terrible. I was told during the appointment to get labs and a mammogram, but they didn't put either in the system. I had to call to get that updated. After my mammogram I received a notice to get attentional testing and to call my primary care doctor. I have been leaving messages for a week without any response. Terrible!
