We focus on providing whole-person mental health care through a thoughtful, compassionate, and individualized approach. Our care model goes beyond medication management. We integrate evidence-based psychiatric treatment, therapeutic modalities, and lifestyle-focused strategies to address the mind, body, and spirit—helping patients get to the root of their challenges and supporting lasting wellness. We understand that no two mental health journeys are the same. Every treatment plan is carefully tailored to each individual’s unique needs, experiences, and goals. From the first visit, we strive to create a welcoming, supportive, and approachable environment where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered. Roots Psychiatry is 100% telehealth, making high-quality mental health care accessible and convenient—designed to fit into real life, including before work or school appointments. We are a private pay practice and do not accept insurance; however, superbills are provided for patients who wish to submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement. 📍 Currently serving patients in Washington and Arizona (additional states coming soon). What is your typical process for working with clients?

To ensure appointment availability for all patients, we kindly ask that any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify our office as soon as possible. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments, may be subject to the cancellation fees outlined in our Financial Policy. When scheduling an appointment within the next 24 hours, we understand that providing 24 hours' notice is not possible. In these cases, we respectfully ask that you make every effort to keep your appointment. If an unforeseen circumstance arises, please notify us as soon as possible so we can offer the appointment to another patient. Thank you for helping us provide timely access to care for all patients. New Patient No-Show: $400 If consent forms are not completed 24 hours prior to your appointment, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged a $150 fee and be considered a new patient cancellation with less than 24 hour notice. Follow up no show: $100 Cancellation Less than 24 Hours Before Appointment: $150
